It records:
- The official’s name and their referee and/or table official level.
- Confirmation they have read and agree to abide by the HBL Officials’ Code of Conduct.
- Which accreditation they hold: a current, clear, enhanced DBS certificate, a valid Basketball England safeguarding certificate, and registration with PlayHQ.
